  1. Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates should be spent within 12 months from the date of issuance.

  4. Except where prohibited by law, starting 12 months after the purchase of the gift certificate, an account management fee of $10 will be charged per month until the balance of the certificate is zero.

Selected items and services may be ineligible for giftcards - from time to time new sellers and products may be added to the list of items ineligible for purchase by gift certificate.   7. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, except to the extent required by law.
  8. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance.
